2. Attach Photograph & Documents

  • Paste one recent passport-size colour photograph on the form.
  • Attach self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and testimonials.
  • Attach one additional photograph for the call letter.

3. Prepare Demand Draft

Obtain a Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- in favour of Army Public School, Shankar Vihar, payable at Delhi.
A separate DD is required for each category (PGT / TGT / PRT) applied.
